FAD Contracting Company was established in 1971 (H 1391) as a 100% Saudi establishment and started its activities in contracting and trading therefore implemented many projects in its own capacities and then became to be a joint venture company in 1409 AH and obtained the first level classification in the field of construction and contracting.

FAD Company has more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry.fad company take pride to be one of the top in the construction field. Founded in 1971 (H 1391) at eastern province, fad company started trading in the construction materials and gradually extended its activities nationwide in the field of construction.

Fad Company transferred their operation to the capital city of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Thereafter, we was able to participate in the most ambitious projects. We successfully carried out several project with government agencies.( ministry of defence, ministry of interior, ministry of health, ministry of finance, national guard, and private sector projects too.

We started now constructing the light white block factory and light insulating white sheet (acc).

To strengthen its corporate objectives in the field of construction, fad company Management established corporations in creating joint venture with multi-national company forming the Saudi service for electro-mechanical works co.

Over 50 years of successful operation, Fad Company has accumulated considerable expertise in the construction and civil engineering industry that abetted in being recognized in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia. Fad Company is classified as per the Saudi contractor' s classification system issued by the ministry of municipal & rural affairs.

Restoration Of Historical Buildings

The company has long experience in the work of restoration and maintenance and it has the privilege of restoration of the Grand Mosque in 1401AH in Riyadh (Imam Faisal bin Turki Mosque before the demolition and construction in the current image)
